Terms of Service

General
-Turnaround time is one week to one month.
-I have the right to deny a request for any reason.
-I have the right to stop the commission at any point, giving notice, if there is any form of inappropriate behavior from the buyer.
-If you do not want the commissioned piece to be posted anywhere, tell me upfront, before payment is made. This is to ensure I don't post sketches and process videos anywhere.

Payment
-I require full payment upfront for all commissions.
-I will not start the commission until full payment is made.
-All payments must be received in USD through PayPal or Venmo.
- I will not take Crypto Currency as payment.
-You can request unlimited revisions during the sketch phase. Major edits during the rendering phase will cost an extra price.
-Once the piece is completed, there will be no refunds. In the case of a refund prior to completion, I must be compensated for the work I already finished.

Credit and Copyright
-Under no circumstances may you remove my signature or watermark.
-You may not trace or edit any artwork I send you.
-You may share and repost the final piece but you must credit me. Credit my discord or my Instagram when posting.
-You may not use my work for commercial purposes unless you have commissioned me for such.
-Unless agreed upon prior to payment, I will be posting finished pieces to my portfolio and to my social media, giving proper credit to you.
